I want to thank you for an exciting and extremely well planned trip/tour of South Africa, Zamabia, and Zimbabwe. As you know, I have traveled to all of these places before with the , however, this trip for me as well as the others was simply the best of the best! Starting with British Air, the tour guides who were at every point of destination waiting with a smile and  very warm, knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to assist in every way requested, the location of accommendations(the bed and breakfast plan worked well for everyone and, the extra sites where we had meals prepared for the group(notwithstanding the meals were great!)and the Zambezel Sun Resort was  a must visit again site.

This is indeed the kind of trip to Southern/Central Africa that desires repeating and perhaps even making a part of the Travel Agency's tour package. The stop-over in London provided a break from seven hours of flying as well as an opportunity to tour London for a half day.

You can be sure that I will highly recommend you to my friends for any travel to Africa, your knowledge and relationship with people in each country proved to be of great importance and we would certainly want to use the very same tour guides on our next trip.
