You did a masterful job of arranging our African trip.

 

Our guides were very knowledgeable, especially Jamie in Cape Town.

 

There was only one "glitch" in our airport pick-ups and that was after the schedule change to our flight from Kruger to Joburg. Wilco was not there to meet us in Johannesburg, but we did as you instructed and called the company and someone met us right away. Otherwise everyone and everything went according to plan.

Our hotels were great and well-located and the Elephant Valley Lodge was amazing. Thank you for locating us by the watering hole. We were delighted with our view, especially at night as the animals came to drink. It really was enchanting.

 

Your best suggestion and our very favorite part of the trip was the drive through Swaziland and our stay at Reilly's Rock Lodge. We only wish we could have stayed at least one more night and possibly 2 more! The Victoria Falls Hotel brought the same sentiment. We wanted to stay at least another night. What a grand old hotel. And everywhere we went, the people were lovely.

We are home and over our "jet-lag" and savoring our memories.

 

You may want to tell future clients about border crossings between countries. Sometimes they went fairly smoothly and other times we needed to be VERY patient, especially in and out of Victoria Falls airport. After the first time, we had a better idea of what to expect, but coming off that airplane with hundreds of people into Victoria Falls and waiting an hour and a half in lines that kept changing, was a bit challenging.

Africa is truly a magical place with it's amazing animals, people and history. We will be back.
