Sorry that i didnt answer your email about seeing us last sunday, but I did not have internet access till back home. Also sorry for the delay in answering this mail.. but we were delayed at Atlanta airport due to snow, but finally we are at home.
 
We really enjoyed our visit to SA, it was really good organized, thank you, you were very helpful and the people you contract also.

I want only to point different personal opinions for different topics, hotels, and so
 
a) Hotels
Sandotn Courtyard, good option, conveniently located
Ukutula, really good, you can promote this lodge with other customers, its activities are relly good
Forever Blyde Canyon, good rooms but restaurant is awful and expensive
Elephan Plains, definitively the best during all the tour, excellent food, service, accomodation
Reyillys Rock, excellent, really good
Protea Hotel Simunye, good, but too tourist trap for us
Sani Top Chalet, was good, excellent location, however the service is not good.
Malealea Lodge, was good, but service and food are not 
Avondrust, excellent
Protea Hotel King George, excellent
South Hill, lovely place, continue booking with them
City Lodge, very good, close convenient to everything
 
b) Service providers
Wilro tours, for airport transfers and tours in JHB were very good
Norma, for the apple tours was AMAZING, my father loved her
Martin, great, amazing also for the wine tour
Rudi, from kingdon in the sky transfer,.. you can rely on him.. despite we were late, he find for us the perfect solution
Paradise Touring for airport transfer at Cape town was good
Swaziland autorithies, Henrietta was really nice,.. she meet us at our arrival and the next day by 9.30 she took our passports to where we were.. so despite their mistake.. she really was good.
 
c) About the book with the addresses and directions, etc...
It has several mistakes, good that we have the gps, as certain information was incorrect or missing, such as:
How to arrive to malealea lodge, was totally wrong,.. it was instructions to arrive to a Sun hotel¡
How to arrive to Fiorever Blyde Canyon, some 75-100 km were missing
Also, it marked that from sabi sands to Swaziland was oinly 4 hours, wich was much more as only in Swaziland form the border to the hotel is 2 hours¡
Fom Simunye it was impossible to depart at 10 or 10.30, as the activities in the resort finished at 11 and they need to program transfer back to where you leave your car.. so we were late for the transfer to sani pass
It mentioned the car was going to be picked up on the 5th, however the rental period was till the 6th¡¡
 
We did not face major problems, usual ones.. we did not dislike any hotel, so as a summary was good vacation, we enjoyed waliking with the lions at ukutula, the safari in sabi, the horse riding in blyde ryver and lesotho, the wine tour, the apple tour,
 
I want to thank you because you really understand what we wanted and everything was well organized..
