Yes, thanks, all the arrangements worked perfectly and it was a great trip. 

 No glitches in the plane reservations; transportation to and from airports was seamless (Wilro did a great job getting us around traffic problems), the archaeological tour was just what I wanted, and Maropeng and Royal Livingstone hotels were as I expected.
