Our partner is an international non-profit, Christian housing organization that, through volunteer labour and donations of money and material, builds and rehabilitates simple, decent houses with the help of home-owner families in need. YOU and the home-owner will build together - side by side - there will be equal sweat equity in this project! Houses are sold to partner families at no profit, financed with affordable, no-interest loans. The homeowners’ monthly mortgage payments are used to build more houses within the community. Our partner has built almost 1500 houses with families in need in 21 communities across South Africa since 1996.   YOU have the unique opportunity to leave a legacy of transformation in South Africa. There is a part for everyone to play as together we build lives, build communities and build South Africa. YOU do not need to have any building experience – full supervision and training is provided on-site by professionals.
