Cash
Payment by cash when tickets are issued.
(Customers should remember to pay for tickets within the time limit that is given to them by the sales consultants.)
Bank deposits
Given on request
(When a deposit is made into the bank account, a copy of the deposit slip must be faxed to the office or sales consultant responsible for the issuing of your tickets to secure your reservation.)
Credit Cards
Credit Card payments are accepted telephonically, provided the credit card number, expiry date, type of card, name of cardholder, ID or passport number, date of birth, billing address and written authorisation is received.
This document must be completed and faxed through to the office or sales agent responsible for the issuing of your tickets to secure your reservation.
When collecting tickets paid by credit card, the card holder must report with a positive identification document or valid passport, to sign the credit card slip.

Reservation and cancellation procedure
Once a ticket is purchased, a reservation may be changed for an earlier or later date without penalty, provided such change is made 60 days prior to the date of travel.
Cancellations with less than 60 days notice attract a 100% cancellation fee.
A provisional reservation only becomes guaranteed once full payment has been received and the Premier Classe has issued the ticket.
The onus rests with the agent/ operator and/ or client to timeously release all unused rooms to avoid cancellation penalties.
