  On arrival at OR Tambo (Johannesburg) Airport you proceed through passport control to the luggage collection area and then through Customs to the Arrivals Hall. Look out for our representative from Wilro Tours, they will be holding a name-board with your surname on it. They will meet you and hand over your travel documents and transfer you to The Metcourt Hotel.

  This morning you take the hotel shuttle bus back to OR Tambo (Johannesburg) Airport where you board the scheduled domestic flight to Hoedspruit.

On arrival at Hoedspruit (Eastgate) Airport you proceed to the arrivals area. Look out for our representative from Sable Tours, they will be holding a name board with your surname on it. They will then transfer you to the Timbavati Private Game Reserve and onto Simbavati River Lodge for your two night stay and game viewing experience.

After a last early morning game drive followed by breakfast you are collected from the lodge by Sable Tours and transferred back to Hoedspruit (Eastgate) Airport where you board the scheduled flight to Johannesburg.

Scheduled flight SA1222 departing 14:00 from Hoedspruit to arrive 15:15 in Johannesburg (purchased and ticketed by you and NOT included in these ground arrangements).

On arrival at OR Tambo (Johannesburg) Airport you proceed to the bus terminal behind the Inter-Continental Airport Sun Hotel. Look out for a black minibus with Emperors Palace in gold on the side. Take the hotel shuttle bus to The Metcourt for your overnight stay.

This morning you take the hotel shuttle bus back to OR Tambo (Johannesburg) Airport where you proceed to international departures and board the scheduled flight to Maun in Botswana.

On arrival at Maun Airport you proceed to the arrivals area. Look out for a representative from Mack Air Charters, they will then take you to the charter plane. You are transferred by light charter flight to the Okavango Delta. On arrival at the airstrip you are met by the lodge staff from Camp Moremi and transferred by 4x4 vehicle to the lodge for your two night stay.

After a last morning game activity and breakfast, you are transferred back to the airstrip where you are collected by Mack Air for your light charter flight to Kasane. (Please note that luggage allowance is strictly 20kg per person in soft squashy bags including all hand luggage such as camera equipment.)

On arrival at Kasane Airport you are met by a representative from Chobe Safari Lodge and transferred to the lodge for your two night stay.

This morning you are transferred back to Kasane Airport where you are collected by a representative from Bushtracks Africa and transferred across the Zambian border to the Falls Resort and onto the Zambezi Sun Hotel for your two night stay.

13 September 2011

This morning you are collected from the hotel by Bushtracks Africa and transferred to Livingstone Airport where you check-in for your flight with Proflight via Lusaka to Mfuwe Airport. (The luggage allowance is 15kg per person in soft squashable bags.)

On arrival at Mfuwe Airport you will be collected by a representative from Nkwali Camp for your road transfer to the lodge for your overnight stay. Transfer time from Mfuwe Airport is approximately 40 minutes.

Today you are transferred by the lodge to Tena Tena Camp for your two night stay. You have a private vehicle for the duration of your stay at Tena Tena.

16 September 2011

Today you are transferred back by 4x4 vehicle to Mfuwe Airport. On arrival at Mfuwe Airport, you check-in for your flight to Lusaka. (The luggage allowance is strictly 15kg per person in soft squashable bags.) Check-in for the flight is one hour prior to departure and the counters close 30 mins prior to departure.

At Lusaka Airport you proceed to international departures where you board the flight to Johannesburg.

Scheduled flight SA63 departing 13:40 from Lusaka to arrive 15:45 in Johannesburg. (Purchased and ticketed by you and NOT included in these ground arrangements.)

At OR Tambo (Johannesburg) Airport you board your international flight back home.
