Day 1: (Thu) Port Elizabeth / Graaff-Reinet (D)
Travel via Jansenville to Graaff-Reinet, the oldest town in the Eastern Cape region, with many beautifully restored historical buildings lining the streets. Explore Graaff-Reinet's many attractions on foot. View the famous jointed dolerite pillars at the Valley of Desolation, with magnificent views of the town and surrounding countryside. Overnight in the Graaff-Reinet area.

Day 2: (Fri) Graaff-Reinet / Cradock (BLD)
Travel to Nieu Bethesda, a tiny village tucked away in a valley. Visit the extraordinary ‘Owl House’ of Helen Martins, one of South Africa's most famous examples of ‘visionary art’ (Art Brut). Visit a local farm and view San (‘Bush-men’) paintings, wool shed, and museum containing fossils found on the farm. Enjoy a typical farm lunch. Continue to Mountain Zebra Park, the cradle of mountain zebra conservation
in Africa. Overnight in the Cradock area.

After breakfast continue to Grahamstown. The city's pride is its cultural heritage and great care has been taken in preserving its numerous historical buildings. Visit the Settlers Mon-ument, Cathedral of St Michael & St George, Commemoration Church, Observatory Museum, Albany Museum and Rhodes University Campus.
Overnight in the Grahamstown area.

Travel to the evergreen Sundays River Valley, and world famous Addo Elephant Park, home to the densest elephant population on earth. Spend the afternoon enjoying the varied wildlife. Tour ends in Port Elizabeth, late afternoon, with a drop off at the airport or hotel.
