CENTRAL KRUGER HIGHLIGHTS

(THIS APPLIES TO ALL ‘CLASSIC’, ‘BUSH’ & ‘PLATINUM’ SERIES)

NB: All Central Kruger Highlight Safaris include a visit to the famous Environmental Centre and Elephant Museum at Letaba Camp in the Kruger Park.

DAY 1 – Fly from Johannesburg International Airport to the Kruger Gateway Airport at Phalaborwa where you will be met by your ranger /guide and your safari begins immediately as you enter the Kruger. This is an area famed for its elephants including some of the largest tuskers in Africa. In the evening you will arrive at the restcamp for check in and your first night to the calls of the African bush. O/N Kruger Park Rest Camp (DBB)

Day 2 – You will be woken before dawn for coffee and traditional rusks before a dawn game drive in search of  Africas’ predators before they seek shade in the heat of the day. After breakfast, you will enjoy a further game drive before returning to the camp to relax. Your guide will arrange a time for the afternoon drive before you enjoy dinner and another night in the Kruger. O/N Kruger Park Rest Camp (DBB)

Day 3 – Another early start before we head North on a game drive over the Olifants and Letaba rivers. Apart from the herds of game on the way, you stand a very chance to see Hippos’ and Crocodiles in these rivers. We breakfast in a restcamp and visit to the Environmental  Centre and Elephant museum before returning to Phalaborwa for your return flight
