Day 1 – 4 : DRAKENSBERG MOUNTAINS
You will be met at Durban International Airport by our representative and assisted with the collection of your rental car. Drive directly to Montusi Mountain Lodge in the northern Drakensberg Mountains, a World Heritage site. This luxury resort offers extensive hiking in the nearby Royal Natal National Park. Other activities include horse riding, fly-fishing, and a superb swimming pool. A round of golf can be enjoyed at the nearby Amphitheatre Golf Course.
Four overnights at Montusi Mountain Lodge on a bed & breakfast basis.
Day 5 - 7 : LAKE ST LUCIA
Depart the Drakensberg Mountains for Hluhluwe River Lodge situated on the western shore of Lake St Lucia, adjoining False Bay Game Reserve and the Greater St Lucia Wetland Park. The lodge commands a spectacular views and offers the most comprehensive experience of South Africa’s first natural World Heritage site, including the famous Hluhluwe Umfolozi Park a mere thirty minutes away. The lodge offers various activities at an additional cost.
Three overnights at Hluhluwe River Lodge on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis.
Day 8 & 9 : NORTH COAST
Depart for Selborne Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. Private Beach Club with sparking pool and shower facilities, floodlit tennis courts, a resident Golf Pro - based in a dedicated indoor golf academy, a magnificent championship golf course, and a fully equipped spa. Additional facilities include bird watching, walking trails, and the opportunity to dive off Aliwal Shoal, swim with dolphins, or horse ride on the nearby beaches.
Two overnights at Selborne on a bed & breakfast basis.
Day 10 :
Drive back to Durban Airport to drop off your rental car, in time for your connecting flight.
