Art Route Tour

This is a fascinating tour. Accompanied by well known art consultant, Rose Korber, you visit well known South African artists in their homes, studios or galleries to view their work.  Itineraries are planned to cater for client’s tastes and needs. Artists include Beezy Bailey, Willie Bester and other prominent SA painters, sculptors and potters (Note - we cannot guarantee visits to specific artists due to their exhibition schedules. ) Ruth Korber curates several art exhibitions of well-known and emerging SA visual artists including the annual Art Salon at the Bay.

6) Shopping and Sightseeing

Cape Town is a shopping mecca with something to suit everybody’s taste and style.  Whether you want to shop for clothing, fabric, furniture, diamonds, spices, African art or crafts, Cape Town will appeal to all lovers of shopping. 

Our guide Pam combines some serious shopping with some gentler sight-seeing around the city today. She’s extremely knowledgeable about where to find the most interesting African artefacts, fabrics and furnishings at good prices. She can also introduce you to some of our innovative South African fashion designers. (We have included a small amount for entrances in case you wish to take a break from shopping.)
