Day 1 South Africa – Panorama Route Leaving behind Johannesburg, the city of gold, we head through the province of Mpumalanga and some breathtaking vistas of the Lowveld. Blyde River Canyon, God’s Window and Bourke’s Luck Potholes will be some of today’s highlights. We will spend the evening just outside the Kruger National Park.
Day 2 Kruger National Park We get up early and visit a wildlife rehabilitation centre for an educational experience before we enter Kruger National Park. The next two days are spent exploring the southern part of this vast reserve and we stand a good chance of sighting Africa's famed Big 5.
Day 3 Kruger National Park Another wonderful day is spent exploring the amazing Kruger National Park. An optional night drive with one of the South African National Park (SANP) rangers is an excellent way to see some of the nocturnal animals. Optional Activities: SANP Night Drive or Dawn Game Walk.
Day 4 Swaziland - Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary Today we leave the Kruger National Park and cross the border into Swaziland. We spend the next two nights in the Mlilwane Nature Reserve where we are able to explore the area on foot.
Day 5 Mlilwane Wilidlife Sanctuary The whole day is free to explore Swaziland. Today we experience the wonderful Swazi culture first hand by visiting a traditional village. There are also many optional activities to take part in - the horse riding here is a lo† of fun. Optional Activities: Mountain Biking, Hiking, Horse Riding and Game Viewing.
Day 6 South Africa – The Greater St Lucia Wetland Park Leaving Swaziland, we travel through the subtropical region towards the Indian Ocean. We spend the afternoon exploring the Greater St Lucia Wetland Park and enjoying the unique sights. Optional Activities: Lagoon Cruise in St Lucia.
Day 7 Durban Today we journey down the tropical Indian Ocean coast to Durban. Durban is home to the largest Indian population outside of India and an evening meal at one of the excellent Indian restaurants is a great way to end your adventure with us. The tour ends onarrival in Durban. Optional Activities: Dinner and night out in Durban.
