After a leisurely breakfast, you travel to the beautiful Franschhoek Valley. Here you visit one of the original estates granted to the French Huguenots for a memorable champagne cellar tour given by the eccentric globe-trotting owner Achim von Arnim. Try the whole fountain of house “bubblies”. Bottles are elaborately opened with a sabre! After the tour you enjoy a leisurely gourmet lunch followed by a meander back through the Winelands to Cape Town.
